processing k40 in canada

I've only shot Plus-X and Ektachrome but I've never tried the Kodachrome 40.

I live in Canada, so do I just send the cartridge to the lab in Toronto? and then they'll send it to Switzerland. Is it simple as that?

Do I just pay normal postage? One way? Or both ways? Do I have to pay enough postage for it to reach Switzerland? Or just enough to reach Toronto.

I'm sure you just pay to get it to Toronto and they'll do the rest and get it back to you in 2-3 weeks.

Does anyone know how much postage needs to go on the mailer to Canada from the USA? I just put that standard 80 cent stamp on mine and now I'm betting it needed more.
